Our laboratory is able to test for various automotive specification requirements for different parts. We also test polymers in general from other industries whether it is plastic granules or molded plastic components.

The Proline Materials Testing machine [Z010 TH Proline] is a universal testing machine used to determine tensile strength (according to ISO 527-2, ISO 178/9), tear, peel, adhesion, compression and flexural type tests. It has a 10kN base frame, with a 10kN load cell (grade 1 accuracy level). A long travel extensometer, pneumatic side action grips, jaw mountings, compression kit and a 3 point flexural test fixture form part of the hardware components.
