Plans for the future work in algal biomass at NMMU?

At the moment we try and focus on our priority - the cultivation of micro-algae biomass for energy purposes. There are enough challenges and opportunity for further improvement to keep ourselves and our partners busy for quite some time. However, the potential for utilizing the technology basis for other applications is huge and as time goes on these opportunities will be explored.
